Anouk & Co was engaged to redesign this Victorian terrace in Paddington and assist with a complete gut renovation. Anouk & Co designed a practical home for the young family whilst incorporating quality materials such as Carrera marble, polished concrete floors whilst retaining heritage elements of the cornices, fireplaces and original blackbutt timber floorboards. Anouk & Co designed wood panelling for the walls in the sitting and dining rooms and incorporated art deco baguette glass chandeliers to elevate the sense of luxury of the 3m+ ceilings. Custom joinery throughout including banquette seating to the rear of the terrace where bi-fold doors open to the courtyard.
