PROJECT DELIVERYWe don’t just hand over the papers to you – we ensure from conception to installation your project is delivered just how you intended.
1. CLIENT BRIEF
In the initial consultation we’ll have a chat to understand your needs, scope of works and budget. We establish your vision, aesthetic preferences and who will be using the space.
During this phase we plan the initial design scheme for the project. We evaluate the space and your considerations to create a cohesive concept that meets your needs.
3. CONCEPT DESIGN
We develop a mood board with initial interior concepts, preliminary selections of finishes, furniture, and lighting so you can start to visualise your space. The goal of this stage is to establish a direction that responds to both your aesthetic and functional requirements.
4. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once you have approved the concept design, we build this out into more detailed plans. At this stage we develop fixtures and fittings, lighting design intent, and furniture and furnishings.
5. APPROVALS DOCUMENTS
This is when you approve all the finer details – we’ll take you through it step-by-step, so you know exactly what to expect with the finished project.
6. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
This is where the design comes to life. We complete documentation for the tender process – plans and elevations, FF&E schedule, schematic design – and assist with the evaluation of tenders.
7. CONSTRUCTION & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
We will liaise and collaborate with other consultants, such as architects and engineers, to ensure their consultation is integrated in the design and your vision doesn’t get lost along the way.
When the building works have been completed and it’s time to install the furniture and furnishings, we will manage and coordinate the delivery to ensure quality control and the correct installation of all procured items.
