Anouk & Co was engaged to design a spec suite at 68 Pitt Street, Sydney as part of a leasing strategy by Charter Hall.

The colour palette and materials used create a premium aesthetic. The palette was restrained and included contrasting elements including timber, tan leather, cream and oatmeal fabrics and black framing to create a modern and functional workplace. The kitchen and breakout space was designed to encourage collaboration and be utilised as a dynamic space.

Timber and sustainable feature carpet flooring were selected for integrity and sustainability, reducing embedded carbon whilst balancing strength with warmth.
